A Quacking Day!
Over £6000 was raised on Sunday the 20th of September when 3500 plastic ducks finally took the waters of the River Stour in this year’s Canterbury Rotary Duck Race. Over a 1000 people flocked to see the race at Westgate Gardens, which was postponed in July due to the river’s water level being too low.
Fallow Management had the pleasure of sponsoring two ducks on the big day. And, although neither Scrub or Shine made it over the finish line in time to win the corporate prize, we’re sure they gave it their best shot!
This was a wonderful, fun filled way to raise money for some good causes.
