Fallow Management has an experienced team in place in all areas of the company to deal with our array of cleaning services, security services and property management services.

Having such teams throughout the country allows us to provide fully trained experienced staff, whether it is for office cleaning or security patrols, we will make sure we provide someone local to you.

Our head office team are committed to recruiting and training staff who offer impeccable attention to detail and can deliver a professional service, to help maintain your company image and keep well within the health and safety guidelines for a working place.

Tracey Scott-Fox

Managing Director

Tracey started working for the cleaning division Approved Spotless Cleaning in September 1994. “I will never forget the date as that was when my lovely nephew was born” says Tracey.

Tracey has worked in all areas of the business starting in payroll, then on to PA and general admin. She has also worked as an Area Manager then the Operations Director and finally Managing Director. She is fortunate to have seen the operation from all angles and can see how important their staff are to delivering the excellent level of customer service they pride themselves on.

Whilst her desk is a “work in progress”, she does considers herself to be a good communicator and can engage with people at all levels. She provides customers with a well-trained, efficient and happy team of people who feel appreciated for the job they do.

Sharon Mottram

Operations Director

Sharon started working for the company in November 1996, where she was employed as a Cleaning Operator at a prestigious shopping centre in Kent. She was then promoted to Site Supervisor for a year, during which time she trained all staff and carried out appraisals and risk assessments.

Sharon was promoted to Area Supervisor in the South East, carrying out site visits and monthly cleaning inspections and liaising with all staff and customers. After 3 years in this role, the company decided it would be beneficial for Sharon to work in the office and learn all the skills required to work in an office environment. Sharon stayed in this role for a further 5 years, before being invited to become the Operations Director.

Following her change in job title, she took over all the contracts in the country and is now responsible for all Fallow’s customers and staff. Sharon holds an SIA Licence, and is trained in First Aid, Asbestos Awareness, Automated External Defibrillation Course, Working Safely, BS7969 Security Screening Course and Workforce Involvement for Health and Safety Representative.

Mike Edwards

Chairman

Mike Edwards established what is now Fallow Management (formerly known as Approved Spotless Cleaning Services) in 1988.

His vision for the organisation is still upheld in the standards of service we provide our clients today.

Suzanne Trinidad

Office Manager

Sue joined Fallow in 2006 as an Office Administrator. She’s involved in all aspects of HR, Contract Support and ISO as well as being the supposed font of all knowledge.

Sue says that no two days are the same at Fallow Management as there is always a new challenge around the corner to develop her skills and experience. She has great fun working with a close knit and friendly team.

On a personal note, Sue recently married and is learning to drive, enabling her to finally lay her bicycle to rest. Sue’s favourite colour is “wine”.

Sarah Day

Marketing Coordinator

With over 20 years of marketing and administration experience tucked firmly under her belt, Sarah joined Fallow in March 2015 to support the admin team and move the business marketing forward. Sarah’s pretty much always happy and chatty, which makes her a dab hand on the phone. And, although she hasn’t got the tidiest desk, she’s a diligent team player thus super admin-friendly.

At home Sarah likes to watch a ridiculous amount of television and bake lots of scrummy things. She’s eternally on the search for the perfect buttercream! Her favourite word is elbow.

Justin Beadle

Specialist Cleaning Manager

Justin joined Fallow Management in October 2013, and is the Specialist Cleaning Manager.
Since starting with Fallow Management he has enjoyed a huge variety of work, with no two days ever being the same!

Justin has risen to the challenges of the role, developing his skills and undertaking specialist training.
A great team player, Justin enjoys working within a team who are all very supportive and great fun to work with.
He has a dog called JJ and enjoys an occasional Red Bull!

Jo Kesbey

Business Development

Responsible for Business Development, Jo's role includes marketing, advertising and tender submissions on behalf of Fallow Management. She enjoys representing Fallow at Nationwide exhibitions and networking with new and existing clients. Jo feels that Fallows' ethos makes the office a great place to work, with existing clients appreciating the friendly and efficient approach which keeps the team smiling!

In her spare time, Jo enjoys spending time with her two daughters and socialising with friends.
She is also a pirate!

Jo Choak

Accounts Department

After working in London for the majority of her career she gave up the commute after the birth of her son and was lucky to start working for Fallow Management in December 2015. She supports the admin team and works in the accounts department, and loves the variety and friendly atmosphere of working with Fallow.

Her favourite thing is chocolate and she has an all over white cat called Bluey.
