Fallow Management have provided the cleaning services at DCB since April 2014. From day one Fallow Management improved the cleaning issues we had, our cleaners are very friendly and helpful, and have settled in within our organisation really well, we consider them part of our team.

In 2006 Valad were appointed to manage the first PFI transport interchange in the country, strictly to a PFI contract. Fallow were approached with other large organisations and successfully won the bid to provide the cleaning services for the Interchange. For the past 6 years they have provided an excellent and unprecedented service level constantly exceeding the requirements of the KPI’s and indeed the PFI contract.
In 2008 Fallow were asked to tender for the Security contract after the appointed supplier consistently provided a less than adequate service. Fallow were successful with there tender which allowed me to bring the soft services contract into one.
Since 2006 I can honestly state I have never worked with a supplier who consistently hits and exceeds the target’s set. Their approach to provide the best possible service and provide the necessary trained staff to do the job is unsurpassed.

Fallow Management, having successfully provided the cleaning services to our Leisure Centre, Waterfront Leisure, we were happy to give them the Security Contract when the opportunity arose.
Fallow Management are a highly professional company, who continue to provide a reliable and happy team of Security Staff. We have built a great working relationship with Fallow Management and they are always on hand to complete any task we ask of them and always achieve a high standard of work.
Fallow Management first came to us cleaning Waterfront Leisure, their success with this has led to them taking over all our cleaning within Gillingham Marina. Since then, they have taken over our manned 24 hour security: they improved the service within weeks and not only that, they are a pleasure to deal with.
St Andrews Square shopping Centre initially contracted their cleaning requirements to Fallow Management in September 2003. The procurement of the security provision was subsequently assigned to Fallow Management in March 2009 as a result of the professionalism, service and commitment demonstrated with the cleaning service.
Fallow Management has supplied Security Officers that are trained to the SIA Licensing requirement for both Officers and Public Space Surveillance (CCTV). Training is but one of the key responsibilities provided by the Contractor, and the provision relies on the overall management of the service.
I would have no hesitation in recommending them as a potential supplier. The Management structure has been dedicated, committed and flexible in their approach of the Scheme, adapting readily and efficiently to changes that have been required to the contract. Their professionalism, dedication and knowledge to the industry have led to a solid partnership being accomplished between Fallow Management and St Andrews Square Shopping Centre.

The scheme opened in June 2006 and Approved Spotless (Fallow Management) was granted the Cleaning and Refuse contract shortly before. The challenge was immense but this company has managed to bring all cleaning regimes under efficient and cost effective control, as well as creating a team of loyal and well-motivated staff.
Approved Spotless (Fallow Management) demonstrate extremely good technical ability but, more importantly, the level of customer service, both to my management team as client and to our retailers and their customers as end users, is second to none.
We rarely have occasion to bring shortcomings to the site manager’s notice but his response is always immediate. We have always been absolutely assured that a board level presence would be provided without question in the event of problems, but have never had to put this to the test.
The Approved (Fallow Management) team made an impressive start and have gone from strength to strength ever since. We genuinely feel that we are operating with a dedicated partner, rather than a contractor, and the combination is a major asset to the Centre. I am happy to support their nomination for the Kimberley-Clark Professional Golden Service Awards and consider them to be extremely worthy candidates.

Fallow management have been looking after our building in Tunbridge Wells now since Dec 2007, firstly when I worked for King Sturge and then when they were taken over by Jones Lang Lasalle, they have throughout been consistent, reliable and thorough, their employees are well managed and are monitored on a continual basis.
They arrange meetings with me regularly to establish any problems that might have arisen and go about problem solving in a fast and efficient way, any employees who are not up to scratch are replaced as promptly as possible.
The building has tenants who require a high standard and it is very rare that any complaints are received, on the rare occasion when they have it is usually a very minor issue which is dealt with promptly and without fuss.
