"Anglia Square shopping centre initially contracted their cleaning requirements to Approved Spotless Cleaning Services the cleaning division of Fallow Management in June 2005.  The procurement of the security provision and waste management equipment was subsequently assigned to Fallow Management in June 2007 as a result of the professionalism, service and commitment demonstrated with the cleaning service.
Fallow Management has supplied Security Officers that are trained to the SIA Licensing requirement for both Officers and Public Space Surveillance (CCTV).  Training is but one of the key responsibilities provided by the Contractor, and the provision relies on the overall management of the service.
