Cleaning Having worked with other contract cleaning companies, the founder members of Approved Spotless Cleaning Services, realised that the customers throughout the industry were often not receiving the standards for which they were paying. The company was formed in the early part of 1988 specifically to meet the needs of this demanding market.
Throughout the recent difficult economic climate, the company has grown steadily year on year, winning major new contracts but always continuing to recruit and train high quality personnel to ensure consistent high levels of service delivery.
Approved Spotless is a family owned and managed company which tries to ensure that all customers and staff are treated as individuals. Management of each site and the cleaning services provided are tailored to each customers exacting and individual requirements.

We currently employ over 300 staff and although we specialise in cleaning shopping centres and office buildings we also offer a wide range of added-value and anciliary services.
Our original trademark - 'Spotty' the leopard still survives in the masthead of our regular newsletter.
