Shopping Centre Cleaning
From years of experience FM Ltd understands the retail industry and the number of specific issues facing Shopping Centre Managers:
It is FM’s Ltd aim to provide cleaning and support services with a dedicated team trained to deal with these issues. A high standard of cleaning will be achieved by our out-of-hours cleaning team and will then be maintained throughout the day, by the day mall housekeepers ensuring the centre is clean at all times.
FM Ltd will ensure a duty of care to all users of the Shopping Centre. Our aim is to ensure that our mall housekeepers remove slips and spillage hazards from all floor surfaces as quickly as is humanly possible. We endeavour to remove the hazards before they become a potential problem. All mall spillages are logged daily including time, locations and type of hazards and each day all logs are filed in case they are required for legal proof at a later date.
To achieve our aim FM Ltd sub divide the Shopping Centre into cleaning zones. The zones will be organised to allow our mall housekeepers to pass from one zone to another every 15 minutes. This will ensure that each zone is inspected and cleaned as required.
FM Ltd prides it self on its cleaning standards and are very proud to have cleaned one Shopping Centre for over 13 years. FM Ltd have been awarded (BICSc) 1 gold award and have been finalists on 4 occasions.
