Fallow Management (formerly known as Approved Spotless Cleaning Services) was established in 1988 by the Chairman of the company Mike Edwards. In 2000 Approved Spotless joined forces with Fallow Management Ltd to provide customers with a wider range of services:

We provide a contract cleaning service where the aim is to provide our customers with a wide range of essential services under one umbrella such as our office cleaning and commercial cleaning services. In 2007 Fallow Management Ltd expanded to include Security and Waste Recycling. The company was divided into three divisions:
